This is my RIDE OR DIE product

I have permanent muscle and nerve damage and cannot be without this product. My daughter plays travel softball and high school softball and cannot be without it either. If I am in unbearable pain, I'll apply to the area, take a hot cloth or towel and lay on top of the area. This opens the pores and forces the goodness into the area. I LOVE THIS STUFF!
